This workshop can stand alone but will be best understood if you were present for the previous Fascia Flex session (available on the platform).
Previously we discussed how to use release techniques to activate and optimise the core. This time, it is the turn of the extremities! Learn how to improve grip, arm and leg power, alignment and function using the Fascia Flex principle.
This will be a practical session so be ready to move with your mat, tennis ball, foam roller and stretch band.

No matter how many times I review the sessions, I come away with another insight and light bulb moment.
In respect of feedback on the courses, I think Zoe has the mix just right. I enjoy the monthly sessions and have time in between to review and digest the information. I attend live wherever I can, but its really useful to have the recording as any questions that I subsequently have, I can go back over the video and notes to see if its answered there and it usually is.
