The optimal breathing pattern is essential to understand and this session I will give it full focus.
There will be a large practical section for this workshop including many different tips and tricks for breathing optimisation including; magic touches, the use of small props, pendulum theory and many other drills that you can use immediately with your clients to help them improve their movement and reduce any symptoms associated with movement dysfunctions.
I’ll also cover different types of breathing and how to use them to achieve different effects during exercises.
