This course will help you help any clients that have bunions. You will learn about the different causes and contributing factors leading to bunions and how to help them from a movement perspective.

Assessment tips will be covered to better understand muscle imbalances. When you know the main players in the muscle imbalance, choosing the corrective exercises is easy peasy :-)

More and more people are turning to Pilates and other movement disciplines such as Yoga, and Functional training to help themselves improve their pains.

Join me for a 2 hour workshop designed with movement professionals in mind to learn exactly how to use movement questions,  tests and exercises to assess and help your clients with BUNIONS

This will be a 2 hour theory and practical workshop discussing critical thinking tips to help you work out where to begin and when to progress with your clients.

I will be using the Toe corrector during this workshop so have it handy if you have one. If not, don't worry I'll be sharing alternatives.  I will also have a live case study with me to work through the problem together.
